Terms

This property can only be rented for private use and never for commercial purposes such as a photo or film shooting location, weddings or other events. For safety reasons we can only rent to families with children aged 6 and over. Check-in is possible from 4:30 p.m. and check-out until 10:30 a.m.​​

 

The villa can only be occupied with the number of persons previously agreed to and as shown in the booking confirmation. If the tenant intends to occupy the property with more persons, the owner/host has to be informed before the start of the rental and explicitly consent to this.

The minimum rental period is six days. Long-term stays are possible. The prices and availability can be viewed on our advertisements on AirBnB and FeWo Direkt and the Vila can also be booked there. Alternatively, you can also book directly with us, in which case the following conditions apply: 

 

Payment

With the confirmation of the reservation, a down payment is due which has to be paid within 7 (seven) days and whose amount is defined on the booking confirmation. If not paid within this period, we can cancel the booking. The rest of the amount is payable not later than 60 days before arrival, if no other agreements have been made. We charge a cleaning fee of 250 EUR per stay. We also charge a deposit of EUR 400 per stay which will be refunded very promptly. Rent and fees must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.

We do not charge any fees for transferring money to our bank account. However, if you pay by credit card, we will ask you to pay the additional bank fees of 2%.

 

Exemption from liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes that may have occurred.

 

If during the course of your stay you have any reason for complaint, you must contact us, the owners/hosts in order to take the according action. If the vila cannot be used for any reason beyond our force like war, fire, water, power outages, natural disasters, or civil unrest. We will limit our liability to the amount already paid by the tenant.

 

We will not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage of your personal goods ocurred during your stay. We cannot be held responsible either for any kind of accidents and/or personal damage within the property. 

 

If we have to cancel your booking

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday arrangements in the unlikely event of reasons or circumstances beyond our control (such as property refurbishment, breakdown of essential services, supply of electricity/gas or building works on adjacent/nearby land). In such case, we will inform you as soon as possible, and we will refund the cost of accommodation already paid, in full. Any other expenses are not subject to any refund by us.

 

Possibility of mending

The tenant is obliged to control the property and its furnishing and equipment and inform the owner/host of the property about any damages within 24 hours in order to facilitate the possibility of repairing. Any complaints reported later than that cannot be considered.

 

Damages

The tenant has to take the maximum care of the house and its inventory and will be held liable for all damages caused by himself or his/her co-tenants. All damages have to be reported immediately.

 

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may be payable depending on the period before the day of arrival when the booking is cancelled: until 90 days before arrival 25%, from 90 to 60 days 50%, from 59 days to the day of arrival or on no show 100%. You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

 

Court jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to law where the property is located.
